A family business created by Guylène and Jean Bossy over 30 years ago. A brand of excellence combining many gourmet professions, from pastry chef to caterer, which continues its gourmet path in Manon's hands. Le Chardon Bleu has 3 locations in Grenoble, including 2 "Espaces Gourmet" where you can discover all the home-made delights on the spot. Wide-open hours for enjoying pure butter pastries. As the day progresses, the pleasures vary with home-made pastries for snacks, as well as a menu of snacks, salads and ready-to-eat dishes. Quality raw materials and traditional craftsmanship.
