At the foot of the Bastille, ideal for an after-work break, the adorable Amandine and her husband Mo have opened an atypical boutique, a real place to live and share chocolate. Controlling production from the outset, Amandine explains every stage of production, right down to the bars, wrapped in paper reflecting the region, and the 3 varieties of chocolate spread. The children, who love marmots, and their parents enjoy a hot chocolate made from a disc of chocolate, with or without spices, a very practical way to treat themselves at home. Workshops to follow, always with a gourmet touch.
