Ravioles and fresh pasta are made from quality raw materials sourced from sustainable, local agriculture: soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, melting Comté AOP fillings, Drôme parsley... Label Rouge and an IGP for exceptional ravioles in several ranges: fresh in sheets, frozen, pan-fried and organic. Fresh and stuffed pasta, quenelles and soufflés, ready-made dishes (gratins and ravioli boxes, organic polente, risotto...) and delicatessen products. The best of the Dauphiné terroir.
