Ne voulait pas me rembourser, impossible de rencontrer la patronne à ma demande. J’ai bien précisé en arrivant dans la boutique que je n’y connaissais rien en café. J’ai l’impression de m’être faite piégée et a aucun moment n’a été mentionné le fait que le remboursement n’était pas possible. Qu’aurions nous fait si j’avais acheté 2 cafetières pour demander à l’extérieur laquelle était la mieux adaptée ? Aucune ne m’aurait été remboursée une fois le bon modèle choisi ? Je ne reviendrais pas rien que pour ce service client peu fiable.
