Hotel offering lower rates in Grenoble.
The number one asset of this hotel is its central location in the Europole business district, opposite the SNCF train station and a tramway stop, not forgetting the parking lot for those who come by car on their way to the mountains. Although the Europole hotel is primarily intended for business stays - with numerous seminar rooms and the possibility of teleworking in air-conditioned rooms - it can also be a pleasant stopover for discovering the city and its region. Restaurant Quai 29 with home cooking.

Très mauvaise communication au moment de la réservation sur le fait de devoir commander le petit-déjeuner à l'avance.

Chambre et SDB simple et petite même pour une personne. Le week-end pas de personnel des codes et des bips pour accéder et sortir de l’hôtel. Un peu onéreux pour la prestation. Par contre, très bien placé ( gare, centre ville ...)

Pour un voyage d'affaire, un hotel idéalement bien situé avec des prestations tout à fait honorable (chambre, petit déjeuner, accueil, parking).

2em jour les ennuis commencent, accès à l'eau impossible ( douche et lavabo ), l'eau est marron et froide.
3em nuit, voiture vandalisée dans le parking fermé, direction informé par le gardien ( seul membre de l'hôtel à ce soucier de nous ). Le lendemain jour du départ aucun retour, journée perdue ( police/assurance etc ), 16h téléphone de l'accueil pour demander de rendre la clé sur un ton sec et désagréable.
Seul retour de la direction après cet incident est un mail le lendemain pour dire uniquement qu'ils sont DESOLES ...
ps: n'y allez pas le week-end il n'y a personne.
