Founded in 1905 in the heart of Beaurepaire, this emblematic establishment has undergone a revival over the past 5 years, with Jenny and Jacky at the helm of L'Emblème. This boutique-hotel concept not only makes for a pleasant stay between the Rhône and Bièvre rivers (easily accessible from the A7 on the vacation route), but also allows us to explore the wider region. On the restaurant front, Marco and Defu welcome us to M&D's. The former is Italian, the latter Chinese, and their cuisine opens up new gourmet horizons. A revival to be savored without delay.
