Alain MICHEL takes over the family business, rue du lac in Annecy (Haute Savoie), which has been run by his father Raymond MICHEL for 50 years
This master cheesemaker was able to pass on to his son the know-how and passion of the trade. Indeed, as soon as the products are purchased, the selection is made. Later, in the natural cellar, time will improve the cheeses until they are fully mature. They can then be sold in his 2 shops, in Annecy and Annecy-Le-Vieux.
Come and discover the raw milk cheeses found at the farmers' during the alpine pasture period... a stall of French and European cheeses selected with passion.

Horaires pas à jour pour le 4 janvier, ni sur internet, ni à la boutique d'Annecy centre(Aucuns affichages). J'ai du aller a celle d'Annecy le vieux pour voir un petit affichage avec en tout petit en bas marqué que c'était fermé pour le 4 janvier... merci la perte de temps, voulant faire un cadeau a de la famille j'était déçu.

En plus de faire une fondue exceptionnelle … le service est premium : oubli d’une partie de ma fondue « livrée » a domicile ☺️
