A cooperative olive Oléicole, in Malemort-du-Comtat, tweak only one olive variety: Aglandau, which is more readily known as verdale in. Installed since 1934, the mill now meets the most recent criteria of modernity, but has retained the original and traditional manufacturing process, with sandstone broyage and cold pressure. The co-operative has approximately 600 members. 85% of them leave with their oil, the remaining 15% are marketed in and around the village.
