Just 3 minutes from the center of La Tour d'Aigues, surrounded by vineyards and truffle oaks, Le Diamant Noir is a farm inn and truffle farm with a sales area. Alexandra, a passionate truffle grower, uses truffles in her cooking to create delicious recipes such as truffle brouillades with home-grown eggs. Everything is done live and practically by the minute. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tapas evenings featuring truffles are offered in summer.
