François Grégoire is a goat breeder and cheesemaker. His cheeses are marvelous. He works organically, and makes his own fodder and cereals to ensure his herd receives the best possible feed. This enthusiastic cheese-maker offers all types of maturing, from fresh to dry, with large tommes as well as yogurts and faisselles. They can be found at the Coustellet farmers' market on Sundays and at the Apt producers' store. The products are also on sale at the farm. Don't hesitate to come and meet him! A wonderful discovery.
