The cellar has been in the hamlet since its creation in 1925 and is excellent. Its vineyard is located in the south of the Ventoux appellation and to the south-east in the communes of Goult, Gordes, Joucas, Roussillon... The management team is dynamic and constantly seeks to innovate. We taste the wines - we love the white Ventoux "Aubépine" on summer tables. We also take the opportunity to choose some regional products: tapenade, vinegar, salt. The welcome is always warm, which is why it has been awarded the highest level in the Caveau Inter-Rhône's Quality Charter "Accueil Caveau Inter-Rhône".

Aureto is the 5-star Coquillade Village Relais & Châteaux wine estate. The 36 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated farming methods in AOP Ventoux and AOP Luberon. The cellar, equipped with a stainless steel vat room and a barrel cellar, enables us to vinify in the best possible conditions. The quality of the wines is the property's primary objective, which is reflected in the numerous medals and citations in the best wine guides. The tasting cellar is the ideal place to discover the cuvées, which are named after the wind (Autan, Tramontane, Maestrale...).

Marie and François Grégoire are passionate goat breeders and cheese makers. Their cheeses are marvellous. They work organically, make their own fodder and cereals to ensure that their livestock receives quality feed. They offer all types of cheeses from fresh to dry, old-fashioned and big tommes but also yoghurts. They can be found on the farmers' market in Coustellet on Sundays and in Lourmarin on Fridays. Their products are on sale at the farm. Don't hesitate to go and meet them!
