Valérie took over this cheese shop in 2024 on Goult's main street. As soon as you walk into her store, you can smell the cheese. She sells only the finest PDO, AOC and farmhouse products. Local cheeses, small goats' cheeses, banons, but she has also selected the best of France's cow, ewe and goat cheeses from the Ardèche, Aveyron and Auvergne regions. Other local products such as Goult honey and Roumanière jams are also on sale. Valérie also offers a fine range of wines to go with the cheese.
