Founded in 1956, the cellar brings together winegrowers at the head of more than 150 hectares of vines. DOMAINE DU GRAND MONTMIRAIL

This family-run domaine, which has been in existence for five generations, offers exceptional bottles for moments of sharing and conviviality. The owner, Yves Cheron, is originally from Burgundy and studied viticulture and oenology in Beaune. He chose to settle in Gigondas, where he manages all his properties. The 70-hectare estate is dominated by the Dentelles de Montmirail, granite cliffs almost 100 meters high. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, which are used to produce the red wines of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise. Domaine La Roubine is a winery located in Gigondas, in the southern Rhône Valley. Founded in 2000 by Eric Ughetto and Sophie, the estate is now a family business. DOMAINE SANTA DUC

Domaine Santa Duc is a vineyard located in Gigondas. The estate's vines are planted exclusively on the Les Hautes Garrigues terroir on the Gigondas plateau. With a surface area of 2.8 hectares, this terroir is steeped in history, since the first vines were planted here over six generations ago. The vines, on average 75 years old, are cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, with Ecocert and Demeter certifications. The main grape varieties are Grenache and Mourvèdre, with partial destemming depending on the vintage and plot. Harvesting is carried out manually, with sorting in the vineyard, followed by a second table sorting. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with fermentation lasting 20 to 30 days.
