Le Moulin de La Gardette is a small family estate exclusively dedicated to the production of Gigondas wines. This vineyard on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail is carried out in organic farming (certified by Ecocert in 2012). It is planted with grenache (80%), syrah (15%), mourning and cinsault (5%). Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified according to traditional methods and as naturally possible, without added yeasts.
