Here you'll see the 1,000-bottle orchard, where thousands of bottles hang from the branches of pear trees, producing the famous prison pears. The company's flagship products include pear brandies and distilled olive, Oli'Gin, olive gin, as well as citrus liqueurs: Corsican clementine and lemon bergamot.
