Great location and friendly staffs. However, the room is quite old. Not an ideal place for honey moon but nice for staying for travel.

Bonjour nous avons été à cette hôtel pour le week-end.
Le service était vraiment au top .
Le personnel a été vraiment à l'écoute et sympathique.
On a adoré la ville d'Avignon .

Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel au cœur d'Avignon, à deux pas du centre historique piéton et proche de la gare TGV Avignon centre (10mn à pied).
L'accueil est agréable mais le service et les chambres pourraient être largement améliorés.
Les chambres sur la rue principale sont bruyantes et le petit déjeuner peut également être optimisé.
Peut mieux faire pour cet hôtel historique de centre ville.

Struttura vecchia, camera e letto piccoli, bagno angusto, vano scala e corridoio camere di livello assolutamente scadente. Insonorizzazione inesistente.

Hôtel propre bien placé dans le centre ville d’Avignon … Veilleur de nuit qui ne répond pas quand on lui adresse « un bonsoir » , et la personne de jour à peur qu’on ne lui règle pas ses nuitées le 2 eme jour, alors qu’il y a une empreinte CB , chambre rustique très sombre, un tabouret pour déposer ses affaires dans une salle de bain où l’ancienne parois de douche a été retirée en partie et remplacée par un rideau, papier toilette premier prix « couleur carton « petit déjeuner affiché 10€ dans les chambres ( n’en vaut pas plus ! ) facturé 14€ …. J’ai annulé mon prochain séjour !

Hotel un po’ datato, ma camera spaziosa. Il bagno stretto, ma pulito. Colazione che lasciava desiderare. Clima rumoroso.

Room a bit cramped, but adequate, location couldn't be better the a/c very welcome, the staff , particularly the lady in the afternoon made our stay.

Situato a 50 metri dalla zona pedonale in bella posizione. Palazzo antico solo parzialmente rinnovato. La nostra camera era al quinto piano, l'ascensore portava solo al quarto. Camera piccola, bagno rifatto in economia. Buona la colazione, gentile il personale.

The hotel is located directly in the beautiful old town of Avignon. The palace, stores and various restaurants are all within five minutes walking distance. The room service is satisfactory and the breakfast average for France.

Pleasant staff, breakfast was a typical French breakfast. Great location in the heart of the city and we had a balcony overlooking the Main street. Bathroom is run down and a safety hazard. The shower is high above the bathroom floor which requires you to step up about one foot. There was no handrail to help you up. Sulfur smelling water. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your next door neighbor. Rooms were sufficient, but small. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city for a night or two at most, it’s fine but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Zimmer ausreichend groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Großartige Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und leckerem Baguette.

Chambre plutôt spacieuse, mais avec une clim réversible anormalement bruyante, WC propres, mais papier toilette premier prix sur un porte-rouleau prêt à tomber du mur, un sèche-cheveux, mais asthmatique, douche spacieuse, mais dont les poignées menacent de vous rester dans les mains, eau chaude, mais sans pression, petit déjeuner à la française, mais sans confiture...
Bref, un potentiel certain, mais visiblement aucune implication, aucun goût du recevoir, du dilletentisme bien o'us que du professionnalisme.
Pratique quand on doit travailler à proximité, mais ce n'est clairement pas là que j'amènerai ma femme pour le loisir.
