It's a small estate on which three generations of the Théric family have succeeded one another. Marcellin, the grandfather, rehabilitated the wells to bring it back to life. Mathias Théric works in the family tradition, the old-fashioned way. His AOP Luberon and IGP Méditerranée wines are made from grapes harvested late in November and sorted by hand, but his desire to create subtle, surprising cuvées is well worth the detour ! Just up the road, a few yards from the family estate, he has created a caveau to welcome wine-lovers for tastings.

Nous avons profité d'une visite/dégustation lors de nos dernières vacances. Mathias parle de ses vignes avec passion et nous explique avec sois chaque étape du processus de vinification . Nous avons dégusté ses vins avec plaisir et pour finir par ses cuvées " vendanges blanches, vendanges roses et vendanges noires": SUBLIMES.
