A first for Marseille, this artisanal Lebanese ice cream parlour, already well established in Paris, is set to open in summer 2025. With an ideal location on the Canebière, there's no doubt that curiosity will lead you to discover these ice creams and sorbets with their surprising textures and original flavors. Zero artificial flavors, no vegetable fats, an almost elastic texture thanks to the use of lentisque tree sap: the promise is beautiful, the result delicious. The signature fragrance is Achta, a creamy milk scented with pistachio sap, rosewater and orange blossom.
