CLEAN MY CALANQUES

Solidarity and mutual aid Protecting nature and the environment

Clean my Calanques, the benchmark for ecological action in Marseille, is present on all fronts. In an interview in our Citybook 4 years ago, Eric Akopian, founder of the association, explained the extent of the educational work to be carried out in our city, particularly in terms of waste sorting. A few years later, we were bitterly disappointed to learn that the task was still a pharaonic one. RECYCLOP

Solidarity and mutual aid Protecting nature and the environment

Throwing away a cigarette butt is one of the worst things you can do! In this sense, the structure provides for the reception of young children with their mothers. But beyond this "simple" reception mission, the HPF offers training and courses in order to set up social and professional reintegration. The same is true for people with disabilities, through various integration projects.

CITÉ DE L'AGRICULTURE

Solidarity and mutual aid Protecting nature and the environment

Things are changing in Marseille, that's a fact. In a city that is considered irresponsible on many levels, citizen mobilization is there to change the situation. Created in 2015, the City of Agriculture is part of this line. Around conferences, relocated events and even internships held on the premises of Boulevard National, we are trying to rethink consumption and therefore production. The general public is made aware of the abuses and solutions through projections, debates in this meeting and exchange forum. We also train in permaculture, beekeeping and live around a weekly market, a canteen and even a henhouse. An initiative that we recommend.
