We no longer present the hotel school of Bonneveine. Located in the southern districts of the city, it has been welcoming the future of gastronomy and service in the region for generations. Some prestigious names in the kitchen have trained there, the reputation of the CFA is excellent. The professions of chef de rang, barman, cook, hotel concierge or governor are taught to the highest level. Rooted in its time, the school sends some forty students abroad each year to train in the framework of international partnerships.
