This pastry chef, one of the most renowned in Marseille, toured France's best houses before settling in the city in 2004. His creations are accompanied by hot or cold drinks that can be consumed on site. There are original creations: pineapple orange blossom finger, Jivara Passion green tea, the famous pomamond, or perfected classics such as a Castel or sparkling tarts (caramel, apple, pear, cinnamon or passion fruit and coffee). Also home-made ice creams and sorbets of course. The shop also offers a restaurant area for lunch. A must in Marseille.

Annual closing for 2 weeks in August. Open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. The store closes one hour later. Pastry : about 6 €. Ice creams and sorbets : about 9 € per half-liter. Cakes for 4 to 8 people from 16 to 40 €, for 10 to 12 people, from 40 € to 59 €. Macaroons: 8€ per 100g.

The cakes were tasty, the macarons nothing special and very, very expensive.
There was a linguistic and cultural clash with the staff when we tried to communicate.

Best patisserie I’ve come across in Marseille so far. Service not always on the friendly side, especially from the younger employees, but I still come here because the products are good and well crated.
