That's exactly what the young couple behind Pollux thought. Two conversions later, we find ourselves in a café with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. It's like being in northern Europe or the United States, but with the conviviality that makes our city so charming. Local coffees from Brûlerie Moka in particular.

Classifying this place was very difficult because as its name indicates, it is a place that can be described as eclectic! Halfway between a coffee-shop and a beer cellar, you can come here to have a coffee or share an aperitif with friends. It's a café that we like to visit at any time of the day. At lunchtime, you can eat a dish of the day. For the snack, pastries, cookies very tasty. Finally a selection of craft beers will delight you. Young and family clientele at the same time. We love the colourful and quiet terrace.

A few weeks of work and a new skin for this café, which is now a must in the Opera district. The dynamic Dvozig is still at the helm with his unstoppable concept of tea and infusions bar. A cosy place with a beautiful terrace where you can lounge in the sun while enjoying the liveliness of the Place de l'Opéra. To eat now, Dvozig has revisited things with a tribute to its origins: small home-cooked Armenian dishes and snacks, at low prices. But Infusion is also and above all a place to discover the world of tea. About forty references and some of them change according to the seasons. We still like it, bravo to Dvozig who reinvents himself.
