The Sagaspe family has been raising ducks for three generations. They have also diversified into free-range chicken, cows and veal. In the store, you'll find no fewer than 50 "home-made" products, including duck in all its forms: foie gras, confit, magret, pâté au foie gras, rillettes, ready-cooked dishes and more. All guaranteed free from preservatives, colorants and additives. You'll also find them in their beautiful Saint-Palais boutique and at the markets in Mauléon, Tardets and Navarrenx. Welcome to the Farm. Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6:30pm, Saturday by appointment. Annual closure in January. Also store in Saint-Palais, 17 rue Thiers. Gift sets. On-line and mail-order sales.

We have been farming fattened ducks for 36 years now.
Investments have been made, so in 2002 we created a cannery and a store. If the first years, we mainly produced foie gras and confits, we have, over the years, broadened our range of products by offering ready-made dishes, veal axoa, duck axoa, piperade, cassoulet Basque chicken will awaken the taste buds of all gourmets, these dishes are made from our production of chicken, duck and veal.
The Souletine Farm is part of the Bienvenue à la ferme network, which brings together farmers and producers who comply with a quality charter. They offer a visit of their farm and an on-site sale of their products
Our farm
The farm has 50 ha, of which 25 ha are used for maize cultivation, 20 ha for meadows and 5 ha for livestock. LA FERME SOULETINE is also a chicken farm and also a herd of 30 cattle (blond Aquitaine). Since the beginning of the year 2014, a cattle fattening workshop directed by Benat was born.
Thus, each year, we produce nearly 10000 ducks, 4500 chickens and 64 cows will be fertilized. We are not an industrial business, although the farm has developed since its beginnings, we wanted to keep a human-scale breeding in order to control the quality of our products. This is why we manage all stages of production, from processing to marketing.
