Pauline is a pastry chef, Paul a baker. The two of them have given new life to this old school in the heart of the typical village of Souraïde. Having worked and learned the trade with some of the region's top names, they have now put down their utensils and work four-handed in the bakery lab. From traditional breads to viennoiserie and gourmet sandwiches, as well as pizzas, they also offer a wide range of pastries and other delicacies.
