Between the sea and the mountains, in an idyllic environment where Limousin breed cows graze all year round in the meadows under the benevolence of Maryse and Patxi, our two farmers, heirs of a strong breeding tradition and who, with this ancestral know-how, obtain tender and tasty meat from natural feed and hay produced on the farm. Also cooked dishes and small fruits, transformed into jams. At the Halles de Saint-Jean-de-Luz or directly at the farm with the shop, freshly built in 2020.
