Mathieu Bargeton makes his high-quality frozen delights (flavors vary according to the season), sorbets and pastries in the traditional way from his laboratory in Ascain. Here, it's not quantity but quality that is the house hallmark. Ice creams with homemade caramel, milk flower, "chocahuète"..., sorbets with fresh fruit: lime, organic mango, blackcurrant... And let's not forget our tasty Yule logs and frozen entremets. In the rue de la République boutique, there's a tea room upstairs for your tasting pleasure.
