Beautiful store in the Halles de Pau, large, clear and nicely arranged. It offers a very rich range of cheeses and dairy preparations. You will find the classics of the region, all the tommes of the Pyrenees - cow, ewe and mixed - collected fresh from the selected shepherds in the three valleys - Ossau, Baretous and Aspe. Alongside, you have specialties from other regions, such as washed-rind cheeses like Munster. The house can make up platters that are full of gourmet surprises.
