Poultry breeders located in Saint-Martin d'Arrossa in the Basque Country, we offer our products to catering professionals, communities and individuals in our store in Ossès, on the road to Saint-Jean Pied de Port.

Our Baserri chicken is raised in the Basque Country: from the egg to the preparation of the poultry, all the actors involved are located in the Basque Country.
