Chocolaterie Laia has opened its third store in Ossès, which already boasts a number of fine local artisanal brands. It is one of the last artisan chocolate makers in the region, working the cocoa bean to master every stage of its transformation into chocolate, from roasting to grinding and conching. Production of chocolate bars - from Peru and Ecuador - ballotins, bite-sized pieces, spreads... Exceptional chocolates with no added oil. Rendezvous for a chocolate break or sample our homemade ice creams in summer.
