The village of Nousty in the Béarn region is home to the oldest jam factory in the French Pyrenees. Founded in 1980, Maison Cassandrine is a traditional company specializing in the production of top-of-the-range, gourmet homemade jams. The owners, Marc Coumes and Benoît Prat, have been passionate about fruit since 2003, and now run the jam factory. Their aim is to share their passion by preparing unique products from the South-West region of France. La Maison Cassandrine uses unique know-how to prepare its traditional homemade jams and other sweets. From traditional flavors to more original creations, Maison Cassandrine offers a wide range of products.
