Facing the Saint-Antoine gate, on a charming square of the bastioned city of Navarrenx, this hotel-restaurant is a real little gem housed in an authentic Béarnaise house. The breakfast is served as a buffet at will. As for gastronomy, the restaurant is renowned for its traditional cuisine, which is brilliantly revisited. Playing with the flavors, sometimes rare, the proposals are really of quality like the axoa of duck breast. The menu changes frequently according to the market. Really a charming place from every point of view!

Une petite affiche nous avertit en effet qu'il est fermé du vendredi soir au lundi pour faute de personnel. Son concurrent de la taverne ne semble pas pourtant rencontré ce problème, mais malheureusement la qualité de ses prestations est trop faible.
Dommage car nous y venions avec plaisir les années précédentes.
