In the restaurant Le Commerce, the chef prepares fine dishes in the spirit of a cuisine between tradition and originality. Seasonal products are honored, the card evolves regularly. You will never be disappointed by the various preparations, like the cream burned to carrot and ginger on entry, the paved white carrot sliced carrot, jubawa juice or white foam with passion fruit. In one of the three restaurants in the restaurant or on its terrace facing the ramparts, you will spend a pleasant and quiet time enjoying the chef's good dishes.

Un trés bon hôtel , les chambres sont spacieuse et on si sent bien , le personnel très gentil et professionnel et le repas et petit déjeuner était excellent

Not recommended for pilgrims. When I booked the room at Logis website, I was assured a check in at 14h00. However, upon arrival at 14:30 there was a sign posted for check in at 17h30 and the hotel was dark. No communication from Logis on this fact. No fan available for the room that was warm. No WiFi. Paid €17 for spartan breakfast of a croissant, bread, and coffee. Restaurant not open on a Saturday. The woman working was very friendly and was doing her best all alone in an empty hotel. Comfortable bed.

Si vous désirez déguster de la qualité régionale, ne vous arrêtez pas ici ! conseil de basque. Une assiette pour Chihuahua de bas quartier n'ayant jamais connu la qualité. Pour ce qui est du "Bonjour"commercial, vous repasserez, ici ce qui comte c'est le pognon ! cher, mauvais et incorrect. Le comble dans une région riche, savoureuse et pourtant accueillante. A FUIR !!!

Repas d'assez bonne qualité.
Par contre, même si je suis d'accord avec le principe de repas unique en soirée étape, si vous n'aimez pas, aucune solution alternative possible même en payant un supplément, c'est dérangeant...
Petit déjeuner très basique (pain/beurre/confiture/croissant/jus de fruit/boisson chaude)
Pour une soirée étape à 90€, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas terrible...
