DOMAINE BRU-BACHÉ
Claude Loustalot is a winegrower who is always looking for authenticity. He favours respect for the terroir, the environment and tradition. This credo can be found everywhere, even on the labels: the symbols of the church of Saint-Girons de Monein, the gourmet bird... He has been working his vineyard since 1994, even if the estate existed long before! The Jurançon wines produced here are produced according to the rules of organic agriculture and biodynamics, its first requirement is of course the preservation of the place and the land. Small and Grand Manseng grown on 11 hectares exposed South-South-East in the hills of Monein give here a fruity and authentic Jurançon, available in two dry and four sweet vintages. To discover and to taste always in moderation!
