Specialized in the production of ewe's milk cheese, the Fromagerie des Chaumes was created in 1958 in Jurançon by a Dutch family to produce edam. It was bought in 1967 by the Bongrain group, which then launched the Fromagerie des Chaumes. On the Mauléon site, Etorki, Esquirrou AOP Ossau iraty, Brebiou, Chaumes, Saint-albray cheeses are sold... Soft cheeses, made in Mauléon. The store offers you a warm welcome with guaranteed tasting. A treat for taste lovers.
