Beñat, a miller by profession, is a master of the subject, and his passion is infectious. You'll learn all about the history and cultivation of chestnuts in the Basque country, a centuries-old tradition and a land that's ideal for growing this tree, which can be several hundred years old. It's also a family-run canning factory, where the finest products are selected in limited quantities and processed by hand. A fine example of know-how, and a visit to be scheduled (by appointment only) during your stay.
