You're in the mother house of one of the most wonderful family sagas. For four generations, Constanti creations have been synonymous with excellence. It all started with bread and it remains perfect, enriched with specialities made with Perigord nuts, cereals, corn and Espelette chilli pepper... A festival that makes people come from far and wide to taste the famous baguettes! Today, it is Jean-Luc who is at the head of the Constanti house and with him the magic of a sweet universe that he develops and puts on the same line in the different shops of Oloron-Sainte-Marie and Pau. The specialities are not the same, here his pastry innovations rub shoulders with fabulous Basque cakes and fruit or chocolate cakes of masterly quality. Noble products rigorously chosen, a unique know-how, it must be stressed that the artist was trained at the Lenôtre and Hermé schools: it is simply the top-of-the-range who has fun to delight and surprise us.
