Without exaggeration, we love bold, exquisite and rare mixtures like the honey-pumpkin compote and green tomatoes, nashis purée, apple pear, chutney apples, dried apricots, P 'tites Béarnaises to exotic fruit or ginger… to vegetables! The food truck is well known for Palois. In the castle park, his creations are tasted in the afternoon with waffles and home pancakes, handcrafted cookies, ice cream and a good coffee or tea.
