The 870 km trail is signposted and appeals to hikers looking for a physical, but also a spiritual adventure. The route was carefully studied by specialists over thirty years ago, with some new loops that most hikers complete in sections. Some sections are now accessible by mountain bike. There are numerous refuges along the way.
