Stretching over more than 3 km, the beach of Hendaye is a privileged site with a panorama that extends from the Spanish shores to the 2 large rocks called "the Twins" which are, perhaps, the most characteristic of the city. The beach is a good compromise, both for beginners and for experienced surfers in search of sensations. The beach operators offer various services such as the rental of tents, deckchairs and beach clubs. In summer, sand castle contests follow Zumba classes and yoga initiations.
