El risoto vegetal estaba delicioso. El plato Vegan también sano, limpio y rico, pero el postre que era un flan no nos gustó a ninguno de los 4.
La señorita estaba sola atendiendo, tuve que levantarme a buscar servilletas, también otra vez la sal , pero se las apañaba bien .

S'il y a une adresse à noter à Hendaye, c'est bien celle là. Un Tiki-taka à la Pep Guardiola entre sucré-salé, chaud-froid, moelleux-croquant. Des combinaisons rapides et des appels en profondeur. N'ayez aucun doute, au bout du compte ça terminera au fond des filets.
