Cheese lovers, this address is made for you! In this charming farmhouse, a little marvel awaits you: the Crown of Henry IV. Its format is the same as that of the Tomme des Pyrénées but, in its heart, you will notice... a hole. Far from being a simple aesthetic coquetry, this one allows the cheese to mature more quickly, it has a more important contact with the salt cellar, so it is a very high quality product. So much so that the trademark is registered! This little gem is far from being the only one in this surprising farm. Don't hesitate to taste the Espelette chilli pepper speciality, a sweet and creamy character. Gourmets will love the homemade milk jam, heated to caramel and flavoured with vanilla and sugar. Your host ensures a warm welcome to his farm of 70 dairy cows, including the magnificent Alpine Browns. You will share his daily life and his passion for a few minutes or even a long time.
