Prize for the best galette in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department for Maison Berterreix. a3rd-generation baker and pastry chef, Bruno doesn't just produce the famous "home-made" galette in January. He's also a talented pastry chef, making viennoiseries, special breads, sandwiches, wraps, macaroons, Arinak shortbread, Basque cakes, homemade ice creams and sorbets (12 flavors): chocolate with Espelette chili, cherry, raspberry, mango... Tasting obligatory!
