Since February 2008, the JMCB (Le Mans Surgical Centre, consisting of Clinics Les Sources-Saint-Como and St Croix) is located at the South Health Pole. The capacity is 373 beds and places in surgery, medicine, psychiatry, ambulatory care and part-time hospitalization in medicine. The establishment guarantees optimal quality care, professionalism of medical and paramedical teams, high tech technical trays and medical and surgical monitoring units.

The female-mother-child pole was born in the summer of 2009. It covers over 18 000 m ², and includes all the services of a great maternity: obstetrics, gynecology, baby resuscitation, neonatology, paediatric surgery, emergencies, operating blocks, delivery rooms, consultations… This grouping is intended to improve patient care. In addition, this medical project was part of an innovation approach since a unit called "Kangaroo" was created (6 beds): The aim is to ensure, in one place, the mother's follow-up and medical care for her baby when the child presents a moderate pathology that requires special supervision. On the architecture, if you take the road of Degree, you can not miss this building with vivid colours, which are in the image of its interior and its multicolores premises. The choice of materials meets the standard for sustainable development.

The clinic is part of the ELSAN group's health cluster in the south of France. It is organized around several areas of activity: obstetrics, medical and surgical gynecology, research and medical assistance for procreation, plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, neonatology and urology. Staffed by professionals from a wide range of specialties (obstetric gynecologists, pediatricians, midwives, osteopaths, biologists, technicians), the clinic is firmly committed to a quality approach. The maternity ward has 32 beds and 11 delivery rooms, including a natural room equipped with a bathtub.

The Clinique chirurgicale du Pré offers multidisciplinary medical services (rheumatology, ENT, cervico-facial, orthopedics, vascular, urology, aesthetics, digestive, spine, thoracic, angiology, etc.), as well as an MRI scanner and radiology/ultrasound center. Adjacent to the clinic is the "SOS main" hand surgery center, providing a 24/7 service. It is one of 3 hand centers in the Pays de la Loire region, recognized by the FESUM (European Federation of Emergency Hand Services). It treats accidents and illnesses of the hand and upper limb.
