LA CIDRERIE BÉARNAISE

Here, the small delicacies from the press and the cellar are 100 % Béarnais. The apple juice is perfectly recognizable by its beautiful orange colour which shows an invigorating acidity softened by a slightly sweet taste. The aperitif of the house is aged in barrels, which gives it an original woody touch. It's a beautiful blend of apple must and honey from your own beehives! Liquorous and with a low alcohol content, it is perfect to start a meal where a salad with cider vinegar, totally natural, will be part of the meal. The cider from Béarn, raw and sparkling, refreshing and powerful, is a product of character, not very sweet but with a nice roundness brought by the selection of these apple varieties. From aperitif to dessert, it can be enjoyed without moderation or almost!
