For more than a decade, this luminous bakery-patisserie-chocolaterie... etc. has been in a state of continuous effervescence. Here, real bakers and patissiers make all kinds of breads, viennoiseries and cakes on the premises, not forgetting chocolates, savoury tarts, sandwiches and so many other delicacies of the moment. All year round, the shop displays the macaroons of the day, the galettes des Rois, the crêpes de la Chandeleur. And new pastry collections are constantly being revisited.
