This is the place to be in the lively Halles district of Biarritz! You'll recognize it by the barrels on the sidewalk, around which the regulars sit to enjoy a glass of wine, a flute of champagne accompanied by tapas, sliced ham, foie gras toast - another house specialty - Basque charcuterie from both sides of the border, and oysters.
