In this superb hotel, well hidden, in the middle of a hectare of plenitude and calm, updated by Frédéric Hubert, in place of the stables that belonged to the Marquise de Moratella, here is a little jewel: a magnificently fitted out bar, comfortable and elegant, in a revisited neo-baroque style. Behind the counter is an exceptional collection of champagnes. About fifty references are waiting for you with a special focus on Dom Pérignon. Good news, bubble lovers can discover these nectars without staying at the hotel. There is also a small "chic snacking" menu from noon to midnight to improvise a romantic tête-à-tête in upholstered armchairs, with subdued lighting that makes the place magical with its high ceilings. It is the life of a castle that becomes reality.
