The Bar de la Côte may be a bistronomic restaurant, but it's also one of Biarritz's finest vistas. Our sommelier, who has a background in the hotel and restaurant business and worked for Trama at L'Aubergade (2 Michelin stars) in Puymirol, has created the concept of a wine bar in Biarritz. N°4 Coffee Station is first and foremost a place for gourmet moments, savoury/sweet nibbles and exceptional coffee. It's also about two people, Basque by adoption, collectors of collector's vinyl and contributors of flavors and tastes. Homemade" is the order of the day here, at breakfast, lunch and brunch, with scrambled eggs, avocado-toast, banana bread and, to satiate the palate, fruit/vegetable juices and the sacrosanct house coffee ground to order in front of you, a specialty from local roasters.

The bar-restaurant Le Royalty is an institution that has seen so many celebrities over more than a century, and which has managed to preserve its simplicity and above all its conviviality thanks to its captain Pascal Ondarts; one of the great rugby internationals of the 80s. The Rooftop, the summer bar par excellence! Located at the top of the Bather terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port-Vieux beach, close to the mythical Rocher de la Vierge,is the place to be when the sun goes down for a friendly aperitif, with delicious cocktails and a wide range of champagnes. Signature cocktails like the Mango Rash, the Rhode Island, the Gin'n Roses, the Virgin Mojito with or without alcohol. Some summer evenings, themed parties, concerts and live DJs then chill-out until 2am.

In front of the Plaza, a bar and a tea room have been created, open to all, facing the large beach and the casino. An Art Deco setting where you can plunge back into the atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties, an interesting space on two levels and as a bonus by large bays, the animation of the street on an ocean backdrop.
