Owner's Message
On the quay of the Port des Pêcheurs in Biarritz in the Basque Country, the restaurant Chez Albert opens its terrace and its dining room to the open sea. As if on the deck of a boat ready to leave Biarritz, your gaze is fixed on the ocean and then turned away for a last glance at the Basque city and its beautiful Sainte-Eugénie church.
We cook exclusively with wild fish from the St-Jean de Luz fish market, a guarantee of the quality of our products that we can offer in a variety of ways..
