Oxygen and teamwork. Two terms that sum up this brand. Julie Emprou collaborates with Julien Colve and Thomas Le Kieffre, already partners in a 02 primeurs store in Nort-sur-Erdre. Together, they wanted to create a new fresh opus in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire. The store offers seasonal vegetables and fruits, most of them local. With zucchini from Carquefou or La Chapelle. Good cider from Saint-Charles in Plessé, apple juice from the Hautière farm or crayfish bisque from Grand Lieu lake. As for beer, Namnet is made in La Planche and Baignoire Sabot from the Bouyer Brewery in Saint-Nazaire. Julie also offers anti-gaspi baskets and beautiful fruit baskets.
